JOB DESCRIPTION: The sales representative of the company is to promote and sell the company products and offer quality services to the customers.

DUTIES OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

1.Maintain a healthy and strong relationship with our potential customers.

2.Be able to identify potential customers.

3.Always give in daily sales reports and daily sales routes.

4.Ensure products collection are done on time.

5.Achieve the sales targets and exceed the limits set.

6.Promote Solai Paints products and sell them across the allocated areas.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• A Diploma or Certificate in sales and marketing.

•Be able to work without or with minimum supervision.

•Has good communication skills and is able to negotiate with the customers.

•Is highly disciplined and self-motivated.

•Is familiar with the allocated routes and the local markets.
