JOB DESCRIPTION: A Sales Supervisor is to lead and motivate and manage the company team to achieve and exceed sales target for both new and used cars.
DUTIES OF A SALES SUPERVISOR:
1.LEADERSHIP: Provide leadership and supervision in order to motivate the sales team to be able to achieve annual sales target and even exceed the limit expected.
2.SALES REPORTS: Ensure all the sales reports are well prepared for analysis.
3.GUIDANCE: Ensure all the customers are well guided through the vehicle selection, financing options and closing processes.
4.DEVELOPMENT: Ensure there is development on sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
•Has knowledge on motor vehicle importation.
•Has knowledge on how registration procedures take place.
•Has a valid motor vehicle licence.
•Has a minimum of 5 years experience in motor vehicle sales.
•Has a Diploma/Bachelor degree in sales and marketing or Business administration or commerce or Automotive management.
