 JOB TITTLE: MANAGER, CONTRACT                                         MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: Kericho 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The General Manager is responsible for managing the company contracts by making sure all the certification standards are achieved and the company policies are strictly followed.

DUTIES:

1.Ensure accuracy in database on the contractors and their employees.

2.Making sure contractors follow company policies and the training required.

3.Ensure all the contractor employees are well trained to perform their duties in the company.

4.Construct accurate monthly reports on contractors activities and their performance and progress for record and reference.

5.Cooperate with the unit managers to ensure the contractor employees are issued.

6.Making sure you follow up on any complain raised through internal or external audit and make sure you do so accordingly.

7.Cooperate with the unit managers to implement compliance by contractors and their employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Hold a Bachelor's degree.

•Be able to have good communication skills.

•Perfect planning skills and organizing.

•Capability of working under pressure.

•Minimum of 5 years experience in management position.

•Has social ethics standards and people skills.

•Has knowledge of how labour law works.
